OUR TWO STYLES

Kaisei Ryu Ju Jitsu

Traditional Japanese Martial Art

Originating from the Samurai, Japanese Ju Jitsu is a more traditional form of martial art, and is combined with modern self defense techniques to create our unique style of training. Our traditional influences mean that our classes are very focused on discipline, technique and confidence. Kaisei Ryu classes include body conditioning, breaking your fall safely, various rolls, striking techniques, live sparring, as well as throws, locks, submissions, defenses and defensive weapon techniques designed for the real world.

Pacheco Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Martial Art

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and self defense system focused on ground fighting. BJJ promotes the principle that a weaker person can successfully defend against a stronger opponent by using leverage and proper technique. The benefits of BJJ are far-reaching and include increased self-confidence, energy, strength, flexibility and mental capacity. It also reduces stress levels, leads to better focus and helps build character in young people.
